Radio communications are vital for many Championships, but this skill is rarely taught. You will be guided through scenarios with a race engineer to help you understand the driver-to-engineer relationship.
You will discover how race engineers manage difficult and unexpected situations, such as dealing with emotional drivers, sudden changes in weather and unexpected mechanical failures.
How to communicate in Championships where radio is not available, including use of pitboards
Post-Event debrief
Discover how to communicate with the team and driver about what worked for the race, and what can be improved on.
Find out how teams put a plan into place to include how to take these learnings and communicate this to the wider team for the next race/year.
