Head of Performance & Controls

Owen Jones

Owen has spent the past 25 seasons working on F1 engines. In 2006, he joined Mercedes HPP as Head of Performance and Controls, responsible for all performance aspects of both the V8 and V6 hybrid power units.

Head of Motorsport

Douglas Campling

Doug began his career as a Senior Design Engineer at Cosworth and in 2006 moved to Williams F1. After 6 years, he then worked at Williams Advanced Engineering where he now heads up the entire motorsport department.

Team Principal - NIO333 Racing

Christian Silk

Christian has worked for four F1 teams: Benetton, Renault, Marussia and Williams. In 2017, he switched to electric racing and became Chief Race Engineer at NIO Formula E team, where he is now Team Principal.
